Kaliman Art Education is a group of like minded individuals who believe in nurturing children with creativity, confidence, ways to express themselves and fostering values such empathy, kindness through art. We believe Art as a tool of healing and transformation.

Mission

Kaliman’s core values and belief is to create safe spaces where children can express them through art. We believe the first step in attaining the above-said is to adapt a co-scholastic schedule of activities with school children. The foremost task is to make the children comfortable in the space by making it a free , non-judgmental environment.

We believe that any human who is given a space and not-judged, obviously become comfortable to express their own selves. This greatly applies to kids. Once the free form of expression is obtained, we can slowly work in inculcating the confidence and values that can empower them in their life. We believe in being patient in succeeding each and every step and work with partners who have the same thinking.

Vision

Our vision is to cultivate the transformational power of the arts in a child to have creative thinking and confidence to express who they are and to unleash the “inner artist” in children. We also aspire to support the artists who can help us in our goals.

We have been making a difference since 2020 with children of various communal backgrounds.
